Shipping and pre-orders

Funny Mask products marked as pre-order are not ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch is around two weeks after you place your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Courier transit time starts after dispatch and is additional to the pre-order waiting period. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Do not rely on a pre-order arriving for a particular trip unless we have confirmed the timing with you.

If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you with an update. You can contact shopifyvtf@gmail.com to cancel an order before dispatch. Your statutory rights if delivery is delayed remain unaffected.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error or a delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable consumer law.
